MFA and managed accounts
Use company-controlled business accounts rather than personal email or personal cloud storage.
Birthbaum's launch model is intentionally narrower than insurance advisory, brokerage or legal compliance. The client sets or approves the rules. Birthbaum executes the administrative workflow and maintains the queue.
Birthbaum can maintain the active subcontractor roster, organize current documents, send requests and renewals, record factual fields and dates, compare received material to a client-approved checklist, document outreach and maintain the exception queue.
The service is designed to provide accountable follow-through, not independent insurance expertise.
Questions involving exclusions, endorsement interpretation, additional-insured status, priority of coverage, carrier acceptability, waiver decisions or other substantive insurance issues should be routed to the client's designated licensed adviser or authority.
Birthbaum's job is to make sure the question is identified, documented, assigned and followed until the responsible party resolves it.
Use company-controlled business accounts rather than personal email or personal cloud storage.
Grant only the system access needed for the agreed workflow and remove access promptly when no longer required.
Document retention, deletion, confidentiality and audit-log practices should be defined with each client.
AI can assist with factual extraction, classification, drafting follow-up, comparison to an approved matrix and report summaries. Human review remains important for ambiguous documents, escalations, status changes with contractual consequences and anything involving policy or endorsement judgment.
Sensitive client documents should not be uploaded to consumer AI tools without an approved privacy and security arrangement.
The business plan calls for attorney review of the Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, marketing language, liability terms, data-security obligations, client responsibility for defining insurance requirements, final waiver authority and authorization to communicate with subcontractors or brokers.
State-specific insurance and solicitation rules can vary. This site is not legal advice and should be reviewed as part of the launch process.
That clarity makes the managed model easier for clients, brokers and advisers to evaluate.
